Our Story

Comprehensive Property Management began its journey in 1983 in Centerville, Ohio. CPM now proudly serves 2,600 units including residential condos, office condos, and homeowner associations in southwest Ohio. Comprehensive Property Management has developed a specific ability to turn around struggling homeowner and condo associations.
