Village Management Software

CPM uses Village Management Software (VMS) to manage owner accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Each owner’s record has a notes section, which is used to document phone calls, emails, repair and maintenance items, architectural improvement requests, compliance issues, and so on.  VMS allows us to easily send blast emails to owners, provides a calendar for events and clubhouse rentals, and includes a wide variety of reports based on the community’s needs.  The community’s current data can be imported into VMS to maintain continuity of historical records.  Each owner has an account number and password to log into VMS.  When they do so, they are able to access governing documents, forms, financial reports, meeting minutes, and a transaction detail for their account.  They can set up payments through this login and modify their own contact information.  For more information, go to villagemanagement.com.
